Genesis

Hello world! I not to good of writer, but I is get better. In fact, I'd say this sentence is already an improvement.

I'm starting this blog because I have a huge ego and think everyone enjoys hearing what I have to say. After all, who doesn't love an obnoxious hobo?

Never mind. Here's the story.

After three years of living in a dorm and two different houses, I reached a tipping point. I was tired of paying hundreds of dollars a month towards rent and bills and not having anything to show for it. Simply having a place to sleep and store my stuff did not seem like a worthy investment. So I stopped.

I now live completely out of my car, not counting a small tote of things stored in my girlfriend Kerri's closet. I sleep in my car or on somebody's couch, and split groceries with Kerri. So far, so good.

I have my reasons for doing this, but it is mainly an adventure/experiment and a way to save money. With my current school load, I wouldn't be able to work, pass my classes, and keep my sanity. I chose school and sanity.

This blog will document my experiences as a hobo and likely provide some good laughs. In addition to the "hobo content", I will post random things that show the bizarre scope of my eclectic interests.

Until next time, ADIOS!

Tell me nice things in the comment section below.

  6. Kitt, the free food has been unreal. It isn't always the healthiest, but you can't beat free.

Blaise, since when have I been normal? Also, I'd feel sorry for whoever tried to mug me. They wouldn't find much.

Kerri, as you well know, the weather here has been amazing! I hope it stays this way for a while.
